Just started the new ACME DMD cream I bought off Temu.
Apparently it's based on the same chemical formula as "Pervatin" from 1940s Germany. Seemed legitimate. The reviews were excellent and only 37% were written by bots.
Since starting treatment my walking speed has increased from 4mph to 70mph. I now cruise comfortably at 50mph and have to indicate before changing lanes in Tesco.
The foot drop has completely disappeared. In fact, both feet move so fast they no longer touch the floor. I sort of hover around the house like a discount superhero.
Fatigue has completely vanished.
Admittedly, I haven't slept in 3 days.
The dog keeps asking me for investment advice, the fridge winked at me this morning, and I'm fairly sure the garden gnome is conducting surveillance.
There are some side effects.
Users have reported excessive overheating, spontaneous glowing green, talking at approximately 4,000 words per minute, and an overwhelming belief that every problem can be solved with cable ties.
There is also the small matter of the hourly explosive diarrhoea.
The manufacturer recommends staying within sprinting distance of a toilet at all times.
Overall: 10/10.
Neurologist seems "concerned" but that's probably because he can't catch me.
If you're looking for something with fewer side effects, try pacing.
It won't make you hover.
It won't turn you green.
It won't let you break the sound barrier in Aldi.
