I MAY HAVE FUCKED UP WITH THE GARDEN WALL ☀️😂

I painted my garden wall bright white. Looked lovely. Clean. Fresh. Mediterranean. Then the sun came out. I've basically built the Men in Black neuralyzer in my back garden. You can't look directly at the fucking thing. Every time the sun hits it: FLASH. Who am I? Why am I outside? Why am I holding a cup of tea? People walking past probably think Jesus is ascending into heaven behind my bins. And with MS, heat and bright sunlight already suck the energy out of me. There's actually a name for heat temporarily making MS symptoms worse: Uhthoff's phenomenon. Apparently my response to learning this was to paint a massive white wall in direct sunlight and give Uhthoff his own fucking headquarters. 😂 About 19 seconds looking at this wall and my MS has put itself into power-saving mode. 😂 I went outside to put something in the recycling and came back in needing annual leave. I've spent years learning about pacing, conserving energy and avoiding overheating... Then apparently thought: "You know what this garden needs? A massive fucking reflector." So that's today's MS energy-saving tip: Don't paint your garden wall brilliant white unless you want to be neuralyzed every time you go outside. I've accidentally turned my garden into a fucking flashbang. 😂☀️ Anyone else ever done anything this stupid, or is it just me? 😂

This is brilliant. And can I add to this list a new white patio, which also brings Ibiza vibes to the south coast of the UK, was a great idea a week ago. Anyway, now I need to get another check in at specsavers because my eyes hurt more than looking at the eclipse.
