I’m a man of the world and a people person. I work in DevOps, so I’m basically a nerd with people skills. I speak fluent nerd, but I can talk to just about anyone about anything. I speak to the business, gather their requirements, then translate everything for the technical minds who build it. I’m the middleman—the bridge between two very different worlds. That’s the skill I want to bring to Myelin Maniacs. I’m genuinely thankful for all the MSers I’ve met and for everyone who has helped me get this far. The support, advice and encouragement have been incredible, and I’m truly grateful. Now I want to use my voice, while I still can, to connect MSers with the wider world—and with one another. I want to speak to real people living with MS on the coalface. Not polished stories or textbook versions of the condition—real MSers, living real lives, with all the wins, losses, humour and absolute chaos that come with it.
