6 Minute Treadmill Challenge – How Many Metres Have You Got?

Alright lads (and legends), Quick one… thought I’d take it easy the other day… next minute I’m basically trying to escape Heathrow on a treadmill 😅✈️ So here’s the crack: 6 minutes. Treadmill. How many metres can you cover? That’s it. No overthinking, no fancy rules. Just hit start and survive. I’ve started logging mine and thought it’d be a laugh to see what everyone else can do. Whether you’re flying or just trying not to fall off, it all counts 🤣 Drop your: 👉 Distance (metres) 👉 Speed you hit (if you know it) 👉 Bonus points if you nearly died at the end I’ll keep a rough leaderboard going if people get involved. Let’s see who’s actually got legs… and who’s just good at talking about it 👀 Game on.

My MS symptoms are very mild. I have a foot drop that makes walking uncomfortable. I push through 3 miles at a speed of 3.7, which takes me about 1 hour, with a short break after 1.5 miles. I think it depends on the severity of your symptoms.
