How do you know if you’re having a relaps in the eye?

When looking out of my left eye, everything seems so smudgy? I’ve lost vision in my left eye, a few years back, but I woke up like it. So I have no idea what happens before the darkness! Has anyone else had this issue? And how did it progress? Something seems a little funkyyy 👀👀👀

Your in the UK like me and as you know we are currently having a heat wave. Have a read up on Uthofs Phenomena and you will see that heat irritates Optic Nerves.
