I NEED SOME ADVICE ASAP

This is my first summer since My diagnosis and the heat is killing me. I can’t sleep at night, which I can assume most people struggling with anyone can anyone give any advice what I could to help with this as I’m not getting enough sleep and having naps on the day due to this help me I need to do somet so I can just get some decent sleep for once
