Looking for a job my body can handle that will actually pay well

I've been working in restaraunts for 14 years, as a server for 10, and I've always considered myself a career server. I know and love food so it's easy to sell and what other job could I get where I make that kinda money without getting a degree that'll cost me more money than I'll ever make with that degree? But I've been saying for a couple years now that I need to find a job outside of restaurants cause my body just can't handle it anymore with all my joint problems, and now having developed MS I REALLY need to find a new job, but all the listings I find either require a degree, experience in that job field, or only pay minimum wage which just isn't enough to live on. People have been telling me for years that I should be in sales but for me to sell something I need to understand it and beleive in it and most sales jobs that I see are technology or cars which just don't make sense in my head, or real estate which honestly just feels like a scam to me these days with how out of control the housing market is, if anyone has any insights into jobs that are doable and pay well it would be greatly appreciated

Most jobs will prob require an education, but community College or some other accredited program can be achievable if you have savings. Medical billing professionals make decent money.

@peterm3 unfortunately my savings got wiped out last year when I was out of work for 3 months with a broken elbow, right after using a large chunk of my savings on moving costs
