Hey Stephen, thanks for saying this so honestly. I'm sorry the app has left you feeling more frustrated than supported, especially when you're already dealing with a lot. Just to be straight with you - we're a tiny charity, and the app's actually built by a really small team (literally a couple of us). This isn't intended as an excuse, but as context for why some things take a little longer to fix than we'd like. We rely on community feedback like yours to make improvements, and there's some bigger stuff in the pipeline that we think could really help here.
