Tingling driving me nuts!

I have tingling in the bottom of my back, top of my bottom area. It’s driving my crazy! It doesn’t matter what position I’m in, it’s there. Any advice fellow MSers?

I get this tingling sensation also just something as simple as turning to sleep on my left side will cure this and monitoring vitamin d levels will help to elevate this ,hope this helps to get rid of it (small measures ) ….good luck friend 👍

Was the first symptom I had ten to 11 years ago mainly in my lower arms and legs but also my Core. Out of all the symptoms I've had this one has improved the most and ten years later it's about five percent as bad.
