@Shonn The simplest things are: 1. Finish dinner 3 hours before you go to sleep. 2. Finish drinking water 2 hours before you go to sleep. 3. Clove tea with a bit of honey when the tea is worm 4. Magnesium Glycinate - 500 mg I, too, don't believe in chemicals and that's why I focused only on natural "good for you" things. Good Luck!
