Pain re

Does anyone have any issues with pain relief? Im rally struggling at the moment nothing seems to be working! So far I have tried amitryptiline,naproxen,tramadol,pregablin and gabapentin and nothing sems to work or I build an intolerance to it! X

I was on amitriptyline and it didn’t help, but I’m now on gabapentin and that seems to be working so far
