I have been using a magnesium complex, and especially magnesium citrate helps with sleep. If you take it at bedtime, it might work for you as well
I just went through the same thing. Sleep Apnea was negative. I’ve always been a light sleeper so any little thing wakes me and bathroom trip keep me awoke even longer. I don’t know what their next step is but I’m going to buy the melatonin extended release and see if that helps. I already take magnesium and that only relaxes me but it doesn’t stop me from waking throughout the night.
