Hello I’m new here!

Need help understanding. I was diagnosed with MS 2011, thankfully only relapse twice. When first diagnosed i couldn’t walk for about a year.. now i walk with walker or cane. Lost sensation in my lower extremities. Very scary times. As the years have passed my legs & feet hurt so bad. They hurt, burn and have lots of pressure. My question is anyone having same symptoms even though youre in remission? Oh and on top of that i need a bilateral knee replacements. Feels like no one understands me.. I can’t do what others do. It’s very lonely.
