Keeping strength

As title has anyone managed tho keep their strength many years after diagnosis? If so how have you managed this ? By going to the gym of just by luck , I’ve been ill with other issues last few months and looking to get back into gym loss of strength is one of my big ms concerns so will be good to hear any success stories Thanks

I do daily excercise and the gym 4 times a week. At work I take little breaks in my office. I do 100 body weight squats a day. Planks, etc.
