Shivers
Just wondering if anyone just gets randomly cold and shivery. Just lately I gone to bed snuggled in duvet next to hubby and suddenly I become very cold and shivery. It last for about 20 minutes or so and I can’t sleep until I feel warmer again. Just wondering is it MS, just me or maybe I’m being haunted 🤷♀️😂
I went through a period where I had to have a hot water bottle in the bed “near” my feet but “not” too close so that they did not get too hot either. It’s all related to the nerves damaged by MS. Both hot 🔥 and cold 🥶 can aggravate it sadly.
I used to deal with sudden hot flashes, even as a man, if I my feet got covered up but now I deal with ice flashes and can not get to sleep until I just pass out. Then when I wake up my feet actually feel rather normal for a few minutes then its back to the ice water challenge.
