Change of meds

My DR has reduced my pregabalin tablets too quickly I went in to a crisis and everything was making me catastrophise everything making it so hard on spasms and tears. I can't focus, contrate on anything and feel like I have too much going on in my mind and felt like I was losing my life. This was me before Xmas and its now nearly end of January Did anyone else experience this??

When I came off Pregabalin for my pregnancy, it was awful. Never again. So, i can only sympathise but I'd recommend talking to your GP & letting them know. As it'll be better to let them know so they're able to help. Have you tried Baclofen for spasms?

I came off of them slowly to avoid any mental withdrawal effects as my GP told me that they are used as an anti-anxiety drug and should be withdrawn very slowly. You should tell your doctor what you have told us and ask for your dose to be increased temporarily then decreased gradually.
