Pinched nerve
Has anyone here had a pinched nerve? Ive currently got one and due back at work. Any advice greatfully recieved x

Hi Sara05 I’m sorry you have pinched a nerve, is it giving you symptoms? I’m afraid I’ve got more questions than answers really so I can provide the best advice. Have you been signed off with it already or just with it being Christmas? Does your workplace know about your MS? If so, have they ever done an occupational health report to support you in your role. Yes I get them from time to time. I managed them myself nowadays as opposed to going to the osteopath. if you tell me whereabouts it is I'll try and help
