Sitting
I can't sit down on any chair or couch that is very low it's hard for me to get up I got to order a toilet seat riser anyone else dealing with the same situation

No I’m not there yet, but PT helped me “ sit to stand” repeatedly and I see why now it was needed
I do too, I fall into the chair and then have a really hard time getting up. I'm trying to exercise more but it is not helping yet?
