Employment, second warning
Just had my second warning from work, about dozzing off; at first I worked out it was becaused of the wi-fi, while sleeping near my phone but it' more than likly ms related; I was told the next time I'm reported it will be escalated to occupaional health. So I need to find ways to remaining alert, on the job.
I'm planning to change role soon; which enable me to be more alert; which should place me in a better position. In the mean time I'm using mints to help with this matter. Any other suggestions, would be welcome.

Do they know about you having MS? If they do then occupational health might not be a bad thing.. Like might get your role changed quicker if it will help.. do you find you nod more in weeks after treatment or when treatment is due? These are the times I find my fatigue is worse..
