Do workplaces decide your reasonable adjustments, or do you decide them?
I work at a college. My work place have said their 'reasonable adjustment' for me is 1 (or 2 half days) working from home. This is classed as my '40% admin time' so therefore in all student delivery slots when I am on site are to be filled with direct student delivery, which is beside the point! Any help?

My occupation health put permanent wfh as my reasonable adjustments
It might be worth contacting the MS Society for advice. I'm no employment rights expert, but that doesn't seem all that 'reasonable' or much of an 'adjustment'
