Walking.. 🚶♂️
Has anyone else experienced this? After walking for around 5 minutes, sometimes even less, I start leaning towards my right side and feel a strong urge to get to my destination quickly or sit down. I'm not sure if it's fatigue, balance issues, or something else. I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who's experienced something similar or has any advice.

Yes. I have experienced similar walking/balance issues. I use my cane (foldable) when i am out of the house. It helps me to stand and keep balance. I make sure I dont go where there isn’t a bench in area. Do you go to pt? My advice is set small goals for how long you walk. Do it everyday. Good luck
