Speech difficulties
Do you experience challenges with your speech? If so, could you share your experience and any tips that have helped you?
Lately I've noticed my speech can sometimes be affected, and I'd love to hear how others manage it.

Mostly slurred speech in evenings when I’m tired. I just try to rest in afternoon when I can..not sure if that helps or not, every day is different it seems
I don't get slurred speech, but I will suddenly start to lose my words. Losing them when speaking is the most common but sometimes it's also with reading & writing too. I can just suddenly lose my understanding of or the sort of like tip of the tongue syndrome with spoken words and it can take needing to sleep for full sleep cycle to normalise again. This has been normal for me for 5+ years now.
