Decisions decisions
I am trying to decide between Kesimpta or Clabribine, does any one have any experience with any of these? Just diagnosed and have my nurse appointments next week 😏

Hello SC81, RC83 here. I was faced with this exact decision three months ago when I changed my drug. There are pros and cons to both of them. In the end I went with Kesimpta because in months or years to come I can always change to Cladribine if I need too. However you can't do it the other way around so if Id have taken Cladribine first then the only way I could get onto another drug afterwards is if I have new activity (by which time it's too late as the damage is done). In terms of efficacy statistics Kesimpta is slightly better and my gut reaction is that a continuous drug gives me more piece of mind than non-continous.
Mavenclad (Claudribine) was so easy for me to take. My 5 day oral tablets were easy to take with no side affects. I had 2 years worth(2 treatments about 6 weeks apart in 2022 and 2023). No new lesions and no scans for now. Your diet is key in managing Multiple Sclerosis.
