Is anyone doing the Overcoming MS Diet?
My 17 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with RRMS and we are following the Overcoming MS Diet. She would love to find other young people with MS who are doing the Diet..she is finding it hard going
We are a charity and rely on donations

Not sure if I qualify as “young” (27), but I was diagnosed with MS a month ago and I’ve been adapting and implementing the MS diet. It was really hard at first, but now it’s fun to find what I can have and seeing how it helps me feel better.
Hi @Roselle I ain't following this book in fact it's beside my bed to read it but not got around to it yet!! 😮 🙄 To lazy and I do know a friend of mine who has stopped all dairy products and has RRMS too and stopped drinking or eating any foods with aspartmazine or sweeteners and positively ain't had a relapse in 6 years ❤️❤️ Can I just tell you for your daughter I'm a cheerleader that she got her diagnosis at 17 years old.. Mainly as I'd had my symptoms of MS at 16 years old and onwards and never got my diagnosis until 30 years later and I was passed from pillar to post before my diagnosis of RRMS thanks for sharing and I shall wish your daughter and you as a family best wishes of health and care ❤️🙏 I shall be watching this post to see if it helping the MS diet with thanks 👍😁
