What do you use for pain relief?

MS nurse advised Amitriptyline since I can’t tolerate Gabapentin. It helps with sleeping but sadly not with pain.

I've tried the 3 main ones but what I keep coming back to is Amertripterline. I take 30 per day. For me the side effects of pregabalin and gabapentin were worse than the pain it had to suppress.

I’m on Amitriptyline and Pregablin. Amitriptyline for me has been brilliant.. I can tolerate having a shower again now and sleep wonderfully.
