Soreness

So before I call my doctor, I decided to come to the community and seek some advice. In April I was diagnosed with ms. They found a lesion on my spine and after a spinal tap confirmed ms. In June and July I took Mavenclad for the first time. I’ve had mild fatigue and dizzy spells since. Since last week the dizzy spells seem to have increased and my entire body feels so sore and the fatigue is almost overwhelming . Like I just went to the gym two days ago and spent 8 hours doing exhausting exercises. That’s how sore I feel. Mainly in my shoulders, lower back and legs. My wife is insisting I call my neurologist. I know he’s gonna have me do blood work, go back in and get more mri. Just to confirm whether or not I’m having a flare up I’m sure. But otherwise not sure what more he’d be able to do. I was working 5 days in the field now I’m just 2 days in the field and three days in store. I rest and relax as much as possible but honestly I feel like I’m letting people down. It’s been affecting my marriage as my wife feels distance and I’m just not sure what to do. I do apologize I know this is a lot. My wife has been super supportive and all but I’m not sure what can be done. I’ve been doing everything I can to get health insurance. My employer doesn’t offer it and we make to much money to qualify for assistance but not enough to just pay out of pocket for private insurance or even out of pocket for treat ments. I’m honestly overwhelmed and at my wits end. I know when I finish my degree work will come in that should be more accommodating but it’s gonna take time. Thank you all for reading thank you and god bless you on your journey.
