Tecfidera - Dimethyl fumarate

Hi all, looking for a little advice. I'm having that red skin, sunburnt, itchy, hot side effect from my DMD. Any tips on how to ride it out? I keep scratching and this leave like heat rash bumps on my skin, socks on my hands doesn't stop me rubbing either. I'm terrible 😞

Hi there! I’m on the same DNT and find eating a spoonful of peanut butter first really helps. If allergic acacado or other good fats are supposed to have the same effect. If I forget and get itchy baby aspirin helps relieve it or if bad Benadryl. But ask your doctor first as everyone is different. Hope that helps. Take care.
