Right there with you.. I write down all my todo’s and use a paper calendar too.. doesn’t matter if I try to repeat the list 10-15 times trying to commit it to memory. Try occupational therapy.. they are great for coping skills that is where I learned about a paper calendar.. may seem old school but it helps me see my week at a glance..
I say always have your phone with you. I have times I need to remember things and I forgot right after. Problem is you have to physically go and take a know. I make sure that I have my phone with me. I have to put it down in my phone and then I make sure I have it. I suggest having a journal too. But I usually forget where I put it. LOL. Do games on your phone. Try BrainHQ. It’s an app you download and it has a lot of ways to do memory and things like that.
