Stress
I’m really struggling mentally and physically with the unknown about work. I had a concussion at work to me finding out I have MS. 3 1/2 years later, I have the worst headaches imaginable without being able to sleep. Prayers that my appointment goes well so I can be there for my son!

I hope your appointment goes well and that the doctors can help you find some relief soon. Try to take things one step at a time and be gentle with yourself.
