I just want to say a massive thank you to this forum. I don’t know why I stopped myself from participating in it from the beginning of my MS journey. It probably would have helped me a lot during some very dark times. I’ve just sat laid on this bed, quiet for the past 4 hours. Everyone has continued on with their lives. Which is a great thing. I am happy for that. But at the same time, in my head I am playing back so many things that have either made me sad, annoyed or just felt less today again and again. I know I shouldn’t. And I will try to move past. You all have given me strength because there really is no judgement here. We all come from different places and backgrounds but are connected by this one horrible illness. And it’s truly amazing! Thank you all again x I’m here for anyone who needs a virtual shoulder as well x
