Managing the stress of grief
My dad died today. He had advanced MND and it totally escalated over 48 hours more than we could ever imagine.
I'm absolutely devastated, but trying to hold it together for my mum and kids.
I was already afraid I was relapsing, but I'm genuinely terrified of the impact that the stress and devastation of passing is going to have on my MS.
I've never lost anyone so significant in my life before. How is best to manage it? Especially knowing that the possible physical side effects could be very real
So sorry for your loss ❤️
I am genuinely sorry for your loss. My sympathies to you and your family.
