Need advice please

So my last post said I’d been start with cramping. I’ve been told by my ms team that the cramping and aching I’m experiencing isn’t my ms. The best way I can describe it is the achniess as if you went to the gym the day before. And on top of that I get cramp in my legs constantly and pain everywhere. My ma team has been quite dismissive in the past. I’ve been to the doctors and waiting for blood test results. From people’s experience, does it sound like an ms thing or not?

MS research and our understanding of the disease is evolving incredibly quickly. We're now looking at things like the gut microbiome and certain bacteria potentially playing a role in MS. That's fascinating, but I still take headlines with a pinch of salt. Association doesn't necessarily mean cause, and what we "know" about MS keeps changing. For me personally, daily yoga and stretching have made a noticeable difference to my leg pain and stiffness. Once my legs get really stiff, they seem to hurt a hell of a lot more, so keeping them moving has become part of my daily routine. It's just a shame that sometimes with the NHS it feels like the loudest baby gets the milk. If you're quietly getting on with it, you can easily disappear into the background.

Deep body fatigue. Daily movement, and stretching is crucial to maintaining ability to fully move. Best of luck!
