If you don't have a general practitioner or equivalent (sorry, I forget how your country's medical system works) then try to get some appointments with the same doctor so they can get to know you. It helps to have someone who knows us a bit to help us figure out some ways to help us with anxiety and it's related feels. Especially for medication help. I cannot function well without my meds for anxiety and depression so I understand a bit how much better things can become once the right meds have had time to do their thing. I know not to stop taking them, but I feel better than I ever have (mentally) after figuring things out with doctors. For some people, making some small changes about mindfulness towards ourselves, and having a relaxing and calming activity like meditation can make all the difference in the world. I like using meditation, and vagus nerve stimulation with a breathing technique.
