@So am coming off Tysabri after five years. This is due to mental health issues. Tysabri was working fine. Now being asked if I want to go on Ubutuximab every six months intravenously or Ofatumumab (kesimpta) self injection at home. Anyone want to share their experiences with these treatments. I have a lot of issues with my veins, and the nurse at the infusion center kept asking my doctor to put a port in because it kept getting harder to stick, but it was working fairly well. But then right at 2 years of Ty infusions I tested JCV+, that result came in the day before my monthly transfusion was scheduled. Tecfidera came out the next month so she put me on that. I don't have any experience with kesimptra.

Kesimpta has been a good fit for me. Stable MRIs, feeling pretty good consistantly. The injections are super easy, nearly painless and are easy to travel with if I need.
