Walking aids

I am looking into getting a cane/stick of some sort to help me when I have shitty balance days. I have been stumbling around uncomfortablably for too long now and im sick of holding on to the people im out with.I am finding it hard though as it getting me down thinking that im going to look old or people will think im faking needing one, Im 37 just for reference. I know some of you warriors need a lot more specialised support so I apologise for seeming petty over a small aid. Does anyone have any advise to put me on the right path? Or does anyone know any online places that do canes aimed more for a younger heart than something my nan used in her 80s?

I’m get it. I hate my cane. A walking stick might make you feel a little better. I’m a bit younger as well and people always stare when I use my cane. So I don’t use it as much as I should.

First, screw what people think. I know easier said than done. I still feel like people stare at me when I use my walker, sometimes wheelchair. I'm 44. Second, if that is an issue for you, maybe try a trail walking stick? Doesn't yell out disabled quite like a cane might.
