Impending summer

Hi all How do we all cope in the heat? The summer in the UK is approaching and its a mix feeling of 'bring on the nicer weather' and 'F this heat, bring back the snow!' 😆 Anyone else struggle with the love/hate relationship?!

Ive had MS 12yrs and for the first half of this hated the heat but as the years years are going by I'm liking the cold less and less and the heat more and more. I think it's possibly because heat makes me drink more water which is good for symptoms where is I'm not incentivized to do this in the cold.

I was diagnosed in 2018 and live in Florida. As you know or are becoming quite aware…MS can be a “B” when it comes to your body regulating your temperature. My only suggestion is to take your time and listen to what your body is telling you. If you need to sit down in the shade, do it.
