MS OR ME/CFS

My GP has diagnosed me with ME/CFS but I don’t think it is to be honest. I get a lot of tingling in my arms and legs My hands jerk a lot especially at night Pain in my legs and arms is horrendous but I’ve also got pain everywhere else but the pain in my arms and legs are much worse. I’m exhausted all the time too! My vision is blurry especially in my right eye and I also get pain too. Went to have an eye test May 2024 and had a new prescription then my vision went really bad and I couldn’t focus and the blurriness in my right eye got worse. Had another eye test March 1st 2025 new prescription again as my astigmatism wasn’t good, I’m still getting the blurred vision so I don’t know what it is?! I can hardly walk and I’m using crutches and I do fall over. I can’t walk very far either, I can walk about 2/3 yards then my legs start hurting even more and I need to sit down. Is this MS or ME/CFS?

To be honest it could be any of them. Ask your GP for a referral to a neurologist - you need a specialist to look into this properly. A GP shouldn't be making a 'diagnosis' on this without proper testing! Hope you manage to get sorted

@ClaireVS I’m waiting to see a neurologist for my restless leg syndrome. I’m seeing my GP on 31st March so I’ll see what she says. Thanks for your comment, I appreciate it 😊
