Having to look after 2 children under 3 while having an MS flare, one of whom is feverish with temp close to 40, vomiting and off nursery and one of whom is constantly moaning, refusing milk and waking multiple times a night/refusing naps. Other half working full time as no other source of income at present. No other support. Due to start DMT soon, but concerned that if the same scenario played out then- I would probably end up in hospital septic. Don’t think other half really understands risks of immunosuppression with DMT and will probably expect me to firefight the same way that I have been doing. Fed up of trying to explain myself. Feel stuck, The reality of having children and MS.
