PIP claims
If you are in the UK, what is your experience of claiming for PIP?
Have heard a few horror stories which makes it difficult for those who genuinely are in need of this.

I have applied and am Awaiting the turmoil and everything else that goes with it. I’m expecting it to be refused and expecting a battle after all the horror stories I’ve heard about people with MS being refused. Ironic isn’t it - we are allegedly classed as disabled from the minute we are diagnosed with MS according to the Equality Act 2010 - yet we have to fight the hardest to prove our condition disables us 🤯
I appied for PIP in 2022, very straight forward , filled in details online , then had phone interview and was awarded PIP.. Took about 3 months start to finish. My MS nurse told me to apply as i had moved to SPMS.
