Not sure which DMT to start

Like the idea of kesimpta for convenience of subcutaneous administration at home and that it’s highly effective with little risk of PML. How have ppl found it? Does it increase the risk of infections quite a lot? Side effect profiles? Have heard that it can reduce the Ig (immunoglobulin) levels quite quickly - has anyone had this happen/how soon after starting? What did you switch to instead?
@RC83

Im about to switch to Kesimpta (hopefully). My nurse said the vast majority of her patients dont get increased infections on it. The only drug that puts you at significant risk of PML is Tysabri and neurologists have learnt how to manage rhe risk over the past 20 years.

@Lindushka

I can only speak from my own experience, but have had no major infections or any other side effects. Been 9 months on it and my mri and bloods are good as they can be.
