Fatigue (Amantadine vs modafanil)

My neurologist has suggested that these medications may help me with fatigue. Have to take daily naps so need some help. Anyone have any experience of either of the 2 medications above- positive/ negative experiences and side effects? Any advice much appreciated :)

Modafinil helps me somewhat.

I take armodafanil which is just a stronger version of modafinil. I actually take the lowest dose and it has helped me quite a bit. I tried amantadine a long time ago with no success. It was about 12 years ago so I don’t really remember the exact reasons why I didn’t like it.
