Hi everyone
I took a break from work and I just started to work again after six weeks. I am a daycare teacher I sometimes feel off-balance, but I do not use on mobility aid at work.
I recently moved, so this is a whole different job. I guess I’m just exhausted and I’m hoping my body can keep up again. I hope I did not push myself too hard too soon. Baths, essential oils, massage guns, cbd cream seem to help a little.
What are your go to must haves when you feel like you could be having a flare? Thanks for your support 🥰
