I’ve been on Tysabri since July and I get a scratchy throat and nausea about 2 hours adyer my infusion but drinking a lot of water and taking prescription Zofran helps on infusion days. I usually feel okay the next day. They also give me benadryl 30 min before my infusion. Do they give you Claritin or Benadryl before your infusion that should help with the minor allergies.

@Darian12 Thanks so much for your reply. I think thats a great suggestion, thank you -no i dont take any antihysamines beforehand, so will be giving that ago. I've woken up this morning and the swelling has gone. Thank heavens ☺️
