What to do when all advice comes from people who have help and large energy reserves?
I'm looking for advice from people who physically cannot stand, can't walk, high daily fatigue and pain bc rn I just keep getting "excersise " and "eat well" like how if i can barely sit up for long, and just walking causes lasting rebound effects, and just cooking simple (fish or veggie) meals in an airfryer aka just barely keeping myself alive; takes all my energy? that's literally how overwhelming and agonising my symptoms are, I need advice on how to streamline life so I'm not spending every ounce of energy just to stay alive, main issue being I do not have money or anyone to help or drs who listen. I don't care if it's unusual, for example I keep a toothbrush in my bedroom so I can brush my teeth in bed, there a bin in every room of my flat, i keep wet wipes for when i can't move at all, ect anything to save tiny amounts of energy that add up over time
I’ve not had it so bad or so long. I get sudden attacks, and just fall asleep. But seldom prolonged. Some people find iron and vitamin D3 helpful? Coffee, obviously, although temporary, is my best mate.
I was exactly the same for months, the second I stopped I fell asleep, could barely keep my eyes open long enough to hold a conversation with my children it was the worst, all I was told was rest when you can try and lose weight, started taking extra vitamins like apple cider vinegar etc and they seem to help a little, but ave managed to get more than I could done, although I do still fall asleep the second I sit down x
