Midlands/uk peeps
Does anyone know of any charities/companies that could help me out when it comes to my reapplication for pip and lcwwa? I have been rejected for an upper tribunal despite the reasons for the points I received being not only inaccurate and not applying the law correctly but also omitting categories that I know I spoke about in the tribunal all together, along with me not understanding what they're asking me with the questions and having a poor short term memory/ word recall, so on my next application I will need someone to represent me and speak in my place for the assessment, mandatory reconsideration and then tribunal if it gets that far again. Same for universal credit and low capacity for work. I have a charity that can fill in my forms for me so that's no issue but the actual speaking portion I would need someone to advocate for me and knows the kinds of terminology the dwp are looking for to award the points that I realistically should have qualified for.
Oh edit to add, I don't have money to pay for the help and don't exactly want to give up 1/3rd of backpay if I can help it, but I don't have anyone in my personal life that would be any good at advocating for me
Google fightback4justice. They are a charity who will help you for free when filling in your application. I know you mentioned cash is a bit short but they offer a vip service for £4.99 a month and the advocate service is a one off £65 but they will support you if there are any issues or appeals needed. I used the free service and they were brilliant
