RMS or Progressive?

I was diagnosed with RMS in 2023. I don't have any good days just bad and worse. I can't lift anything to heavy or my legs just give out, never before. I tried to do ONE pushup and I couldn't even make it down and fall to floor. I wasn't like this 6 months ago, I feel worse than I did now than months before. I'm 50 years old and who knows how long I've had this without symptoms and I was diagnosed in 2023. I don't know my stage because my doctor doesn't care,( looking for new one). Anyone know what I'm saying.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this, it’s a lot to process, and feeling worse over time can be incredibly discouraging. I was diagnosed with MS seven years ago, so I really get how overwhelming it can feel, especially when it feels like your body isn’t cooperating anymore. Finding a doctor who truly listens and works with you is so important, and it sounds like you’re on the right track looking for someone new. It can make a huge difference. I’ve also been in that place where even small tasks felt impossible, and I want you to know that you’re not alone. Sometimes it’s about finding little victories and taking things one day, or one moment,at a time. If you ever want to talk or need ideas about questions to ask your new doctor or strategies to manage symptoms, feel free to reach out. You’re not alone in this.

Sorry. That sucks. MS sucks. @ edscarpone's bang on - It's a lot. One day, one single thing at a time helps, look for wins, they said it better. Can't add much, bar could help speed things up with next doc knowing current lesions and inflammatory activity, like push for a new head plus spine MRI, if no recent and decent ones available. New symptoms. New MRI spine might show whats going on with leg and arm weakness. Then change treatment? There's more effective treatments than Kesimpta -Ofatumumab. If its lesion stuff. New doc / new strategies to manage / escalation in treatment, things change like that, as well as the longer this formidable things on us, the less it messes with us. Respect for keeping on, getting a new doc, and trying.
