So Frustrated
I feel like the way my legs are having spasticity, making it difficult to walk will never go away. No matter how much I exercises. Will I always be fighting the spasticity or is it something I can get rid of? I take baclofen already. I'm sick of being at 6 - 6.5 on the disability scale and been there for about a year

Well, you are amongst those who fully understand! My legs are constantly at a 5 on the pain scale. Baclofen didn’t do much for me, I was on it for 8 years. Eventually my body started rejecting the pills (puked them up,) so I dropped them entirely. These days, I walk 2-5 miles a day. I’m still in pain, but it is so much worse when I sit for a couple days in a row without walking. I do 3-5 minute walks, once to twice an hour, when I am in my vertical hours (7AM-5PM,) then I stretch out for a few hours, before meditating myself to sleep. I added in the horizontal hours a few months ago, as I realized I was going strong for too many hours, and wearing myself down.
