Bowen Therapy

Bowen Therapy Was wondering if anyone has tried it Was it helpful or a waste of time Any feedback would be helpful.

Hi I use to go a chiropractor who did the bowen therapy I had never heard of it before she told me I would be really tired after it for about 4days then I would feel much better, when she did bowen therapy she sort of put a bit pressure on my body,I didn't really think it would work but for 4 days I was exhausted then felt wonderful for about a week but sadly she moved away so I only went twice to her and couldn't find anyone else who did bowen therapy I live France and they don't seem to know about it, I would definitely would go again not sure how it works but it was amazing to have so much energy

I tried it years ago at my MS therapy centre but didn't get any benefit
