My Internal Tremors

I have rrms for 15 yrs this year. Lately I’ve been getting more spine tremors. Mostly on my left side. I notice baclofen does work but it keeps happening. I wonder if I need something more. The internal tremors without meds tend to spread to my stomach and chest like a MS hug. I also felt it once on the left side of my face hands and feet. This started a year ago.

I had a similar tremor that turned into a massive spasm after taking a particular pain medication. I stopped taking the medication for a couple weeks & tried again. Same thing happened. Have you started taking anything new recently?

@BogWytch sorry to hear about the spasms. I have been taking baclofen 10mg 3x a day, which seems to help sometimes.
