Be a warrior!

Don’t be an MS sufferer, be a warrior! Fighting this disease for most people with MS will be the toughest battle they will face. But, if you can, find the strength within yourself to not let MS rule your life.

@NorthseaMS Brilliant words my friend!

Yes, if you spend most of your time thinking about it, it will rule your life! Some of us can’t help but FEEL the symptoms all the time, but we can control some portion of our THINKING. So, I highly recommend distracting the MS-brain with activities that make it impossible to think about both MS and X at the same time. For me, that is : playing classical piano and pushing myself to learn more; a trip to browse at my local department store; or simply taking a good nap and checking-OUT for a couple hours in the afternoon. God has not given us a spirit of fear….take up your “breastplate of righteousness, and the helmet and sword of truth” (I am blanking out on the correct words). But you get the idea. Look to God to help you find your healthy distractions. Then keep fighting for your best way to cope and conquer!
